The Way that I Came In

By nathanbeaumontbluegrass@gmail.com

Song was written by Nathan’s uncle, Kenny Beaumont, as a rock ballad for Kenny’s band “Cider”. It was never recorded though. Nathan re-arranged the song and recorded it as a Bluegrass track. Nathan was 17 when he recorded it. He plays all the instruments and sang the vocal. The song is about the age-old problem of wishing for a mulligan, but in life or a relationship instead of golf. In this song, the guy has messed-up, and just wants to do it all over from scratch.
