FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys Release First Turnberry Records Single “Pardon Me”
Nashville, TN [March 11th, 2026] Turnberry Records proudly announces the release of “Pardon Me,” the first single from The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys since joining the label roster. The new track is available NOW to radio programmers via Get It Played, marking an exciting new chapter for the internationally acclaimed bluegrass band.
Written by David Stewart and Mark “Brink” Brinkman, “Pardon Me” delivers a timeless heartbreak story wrapped in the band’s signature traditional bluegrass drive. The song’s aching melody and plainspoken honesty capture the quiet devastation of lost love, while its instantly memorable chorus — “Pardon me…while I’m falling apart / Pardon me…and this old lonesome heart” — invites listeners to sing along from the very first spin.
Frontman C.J. Lewandowski says the song immediately felt like a natural fit for the band’s sound.
“From the moment I heard ‘Pardon Me’ it felt like the right fit for The Po’ Ramblin’ sound,” says Lewandowski. “David Stewart and Brink Brinkman have come together to tell an often-sung story but with a new twist and simplicity. I’m confident the addictive melody will have folks singing right along with us just as it did for me when I heard the demo for the first time on the trip back with Keith Barnacastle from Marty Stuart’s Congress of Country Music. I’m no meteorologist, but ‘the atmosphere is just right for a heartache.’”
Since forming in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys have become one of the most respected acts in modern bluegrass earning a GRAMMY nomination for Best Bluegrass Album and multiple International Bluegrass Music Association nominations along with winning the IBMA Emerging Artist of the Year Award.
Known for their tight harmonies, blazing instrumentation, and high-energy live shows, the band(C.J. Lewandowski, Jereme Brown, Jasper Lorentzen, Max Silverstein, and John Gooding) has toured extensively across North America, Europe, and beyond while proudly carrying the torch for traditional bluegrass music. The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys have covered a lot of miles and their love of bluegrass – playing it, sharing it, growing it – has drawn music fans to their hard-charging, true-blue sound.
With “Pardon Me,” The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys once again prove that the classic themes of heartache and resilience remain as powerful as ever — especially when delivered with the authenticity and spirit that have become the band’s calling card.
