Let ’em Know I’m From Virginia
Let ’em Know I’m From Virginia honors the life of James Frederick Quesenberry.
A beloved father figure to C.J. Lewandowski of The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys. Fred was a Navy veteran, postman, bluegrass supporter, and loyal friend who spent years traveling with the band. His impact was deep, personal, and lasting. This heartfelt single captures the spirit of a man who chose family, music, and kindness every day.
The single also marks a special collaboration with Tommy Brown — a veteran bluegrass artist and proud father of The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys’ own Jereme Brown (banjo). Tommy not only contributed vocals to the track, but occasionally travels with the band driving their bus and joins them onstage from time to time.
