Song Bio: Drawing from my experiences as a therapist, I co-wrote "It’s Your Choice" with Donna Ulisse. This song speaks to the painful reality many face when trying to change their spouse after a deep emotional disconnection. The loneliness that comes from living with someone you once shared intimacy with—yet can no longer reach—is often more heartbreaking than being alone. Over time, people come to the hard realization that they cannot change another person and must let them go, allowing them to make their own choices. The song captures the frustration, the grief, and the cry for change that comes with this process.
