Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)

We learned this George Harrison song to play at our dear friends’ wedding, and recognizing the need for as many songs about love as possible, pulled it into our repertoire. As a nod to Harrison-who helped introduce classical Indian instruments into pop music—Cardine plays the chaturangui, an Indian slide-guitar-family instrument. Cardine has performed with numerous Indian ensembles and continues integrating Indian and Appalachian roots music in innovative ways.
