Drink Deep

“Drink Deep” is the latest offering from North Carolina’s “The Rabbit Council,” the musical project of Lee Baber. The song is part of a trio of covers written by friends of Baber’s (the other two being “Camera 321” and “Tivoli Park.”)

"Drink Deep" was originally written and recorded by singer-songwriter Greg Borom of Asheville in 2000. The self-reflective lyrics of one's place in the world have never seemed so timely.

Baber is excited to share the unique “Rabbit Council” treatment to his long-time friends’ song.

Since 2024, "The Rabbit Council’s” eclectic releases have received airplay on SIRIUS XM and independent and college radio stations.

Music blog Boulimique de Musique describes The Rabbit Council music as “refreshing… a gently psychedelic atmosphere… inhabited by a touch of madness (to) nourish the spirit… truly refreshing.”
