FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

A High-Octane Collection of Traditional Bluegrass, Fresh Songs, and Heartfelt Storytelling from Junior Sisk.

Nashville, TN (July 18th. 2025) – Turnberry Records proudly announces the release of It’s All Fun and Games, the new album from award-winning bluegrass artist Junior Sisk, available now on all major digital music platforms (CDs are available for purchase at juniorsisk.com). The project marks Sisk’s debut full-length release with Turnberry Records and reaffirms his position as one of the most authentic and compelling voices in traditional bluegrass today.

Brimming with powerful vocals, tight instrumentation, and a blend of humor, heartbreak, and heritage, It’s All Fun and Games offers 11 tracks that showcase Sisk’s signature sound—rooted in tradition but never afraid to evolve. Featuring Sisk’s impeccable touring band consisting of Heather Berry Mabe, Tony Mabe, Johnathan Dillon and Curt Love and playing off the highly successful, pre-release singles “Sweeter Than Tupelo Honey” and “Where Love Goes to Die”, It’s All Fun and Games is poised to be one of his most touted albums.

“Creating a new recording is always a challenge, and naturally, it starts with the songs,” says Sisk. “I’ve been blessed through the years to have some very talented songwriters to call on. As always, I try to stick to my traditional bluegrass roots while making a song sound new and current for today’s listeners. I’ve recently been interested in finding old country tunes and reviving them in my own voice.”

“As I begin my new recording adventure with Turnberry Records, I’m excited to have been able to co-write several original tunes with songwriting greats such as my dad, David Stewart, and Jerry Salley. I have some extremely talented musicians by my side who always take the songs to the next level with their creative work. The goal is to create a project that makes us happy as artists — and hopefully, the fans enjoy what we’ve created as well. Happy listening, folks.” — Junior Sisk

With standout originals, revived classics, and a heartfelt tribute to the late James King, It’s All Fun and Games is a bold new chapter in Junior Sisk’s celebrated career — a chapter that honors the roots of bluegrass while looking toward its future.
